Insurance and Delivery Issues |
Optional Insurance Fee: $10 per kit with required signatures upon delivery. Uninsured missing packages marked as delivered but unfound are NOT subject to free redelivery. Should a kit or an ingredient arrive damaged, we’re happy to make it right for you and reship at no cost. Contact support@foodcraftnyc.com with a photograph for documentation. Food Craft will allot one week for the guest to coordinate redelivery or pick up for kits with delivery issues. If the guest is unresponsive with no arrangements made, it will be marked as abandoned and kits will be returned to Food Craft. We do not process any refund or redelivery for these cases. |
International Shipping |
All International Registrations
International guests will settle their own import fees. We can not ship alcohol internationally as it will be confiscated by customs. |
Returns and Exchanges |
Due to the sensitive nature of our products we do not accept returns at this time. All sales are final. If we did not meet your expectations in any way please reach out to suppor@foodcraftnyc.com. |
Cancellations |
Changed your mind? Send us an email within 24 hours of your purchase and we would be happy to cancel your order. Once your order is shipped we will no longer be able to cancel your kit. |
Allergies and Dietary Restrictions |
Your safety is our priority. Each kit is made in a facility with no shellfish and peanuts. All makers are trained to practice good hygiene and obtained by the Department of Health Permit.
Our Tea Kit include Non-dairy Creamer has Sodium Caseinate which makes it non-vegan.
